This policy explains what we collect when you use this site and what happens to it afterward. We keep the list short because we collect very little.
What information does this site collect?
We collect what you type into the forms on this site and what your browser sends with any request. The forms ask for a name, a phone number, a ZIP code and the service you pick and, where a form asks for them, a city, an email address, a budget range and a short description of the yard work. You should not send payment details, account numbers or identification documents. The server also records basic technical data such as the page you asked for and the time of the request, which is how any web server stays running. If you call the number on this site, the phone company and any call tracking service may keep a record of the call. Contact lists are not bought, and nothing is added to a mailing list you did not ask for.
How is the callback information used?
The details are used to answer your question and arrange a look at the yard. The ZIP code helps confirm the service area, the description helps outline the scope, and someone from our team will call you back. Your details are not sold or rented, and they are not used for marketing you did not ask for.
How long are the details kept?
Form submissions and call records are kept long enough to answer the question and follow up. You can ask for your record to be removed sooner, unless a legal or accounting obligation requires the record to stay.
Who sees the details I send?
A small number of people need to see a request for it to be useful: whoever reads the form and whoever calls you back. Each of them sees the form fields, not a profile. Names, addresses and photos of a customer's yard are not published. The forms are delivered through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to the site's inbox, and technical providers that host the site or carry the phone calls can see data in transit, which is how any hosted service works.
How do I ask for my details to be removed?
Call (747) 243-2089 or use the contact page and say that you want your entry removed. Give the name and phone number you used so the right entry can be found. If the request came in by phone only, there may be no form entry to remove. Removal does not cancel a scheduled visit, so say so separately if you want the visit stopped.
What about cookies and links to other sites?
You can block cookies in your browser and the pages still work. Pages here link out to public sources, including the City of Phoenix water services pages (opens in a new tab), so a reader can check a number. Once you follow a link, the site you land on has its own policy and its own cookies. Read the policy on that site before you send it anything. A link is a reference.
Questions people ask
Does this site sell my details?
No. Form entries are not sold, rented or traded. A request goes to the people who answer it, and no list is built for resale.
Can I ask a question without filling in the form?
Yes. Call (747) 243-2089 and ask. A phone call can suit a small question about a sprinkler head or a patch of dead grass. The form exists for people who would rather write the details down first.
What if my details change after I send the form?
Call and tell us the new number or address, and the entry is updated so the callback reaches you. If a visit is already scheduled, mention the change on the same call.
